- Researching of services for methods, costs and construction techniques
- Conducting constructability studies
- Provide full estimating services on large, complex heavy civil construction projects
- Site visits and investigations
- Preparation of project estimates to ensure all factorsare properly considered, priced, and included in the estimate summary
Your skills:
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Candidates must possess a strong work ethic
- Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done
- 5 plus years construction experiencewith at least 2 years of estimating
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
