Account Director (m/f), Thiruvananthapuram in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Your tasks:
- Identify complementary partners and leverage all partner relationships
- Develop audience segmentation strategy and specify data requirements to define target audience
- Align specific strategy to overall client marketing objectives, analyzing market opportunities and business driversto optimize marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Design and implement marketing programs/campaigns, including standalone and multi-tactic efforts
- Lead internal/external resources, including onsite and virtual teams, copywriters, designers, partners, and vendors to manage development and implementation of marketing programs
Your skills:
- Experience in business-to-business direct marketing techniques
- Excellent client management, project/program management, vendor management and facilitation skills
- Experience creating the strategy and execution plans of large scale marketing programs across all forms of media and multiple industry verticals
- Proven ability in business development activities, including identifying opportunities, generating accurate proposals, developing relationships and closing work
- 5 years solid experience in direct marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated leadership, ability to maintain effective relationships, and effectively influence others to achieve a common goal
